Role CV is a concierge validation pilot. We assess a real job description against the career evidence you provide and, for paid customers, prepare a tailored CV draft. Role CV does not guarantee interviews, offers or employment.

During the pilot, submissions are reviewed personally by the founder rather than fully automated. Delivery timing is described at the point of submission and is not a contractual guarantee unless separately confirmed.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving all suggested wording before using it in any job application, and for the ultimate accuracy of anything you submit to an employer.

We do not guarantee interviews, job offers or employment as a result of using Role CV.

You agree to provide accurate information and genuine documents, and not to use the service for any unlawful purpose.

The Application Pack is a one-off payment of £29 processed securely through Stripe. Refund eligibility is subject to your consumer rights and final legal review before launch.

Where applicable consumer law grants a right to cancel, that right is unaffected by these terms. Final cancellation-rights wording is subject to legal review.

You retain ownership of the documents you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to deliver the service you requested.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with the service is limited. Final limitation-of-liability wording is subject to legal review.
